I have an "Electric Ride" moped scooter that will charge and the wheels will spin but it can't hold any weight

I have an "Electric Ride" moped scooter that will charge and the wheels will spin but it can’t hold any weight
I’ve narrowed it down to something being wrong with the motor but I don’t know how/if I should fix it. I’m assuing I need to replace the brushes. Should I take it to an alterantor/ auto repair shop or would that be very exspensive? Where could I get new brushes? Does anyone know how to replace brushes or take apart a motor? Any good websites? Could something else be the problem? I live in MI near Ann Arbor, are there any scooter/ repair shops near me?

Does anybody have tips on taking apart the back wheel because this is where the motor is.

It is making a whining noise when its plugged into the wall and I try to see if it will move.
The wheels are spinning but as soon as I put the wheel on the ground its own weight is making it whine.

Help me figure out who is the manufacturer of this scooter?

No paper with this secondhand purchase. Bike is @7years old. Looks like a 150cc gas scooter. Powered by 4 12V batteries wired in series for 48V driving a "hub motor" in rear wheel. only two names on it are: Cutom and Sport. I would like to communicate with a dealer or manufacturer, but dont have a clue who that might be. Thank you for your help.
Sorry, the name is Custom not Cutom.

HONDA GYRO REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY FOR PAINTING

The gyro rear wheel assemble is simple yet you have to pay attention to all parts to correctly get it painted and put back together. I will show you how to properly clean, fix the rust , if any and prepare the two piece wheels for a great long lasting paint job.

HONDA GYRO SECRET HIDDEN TRANSMISSION DRAIN

I FINALLY FOUND IT!!!! After months of looking, the honda gyro service manual was right. There is an inlet and a drain bolt for the elusive, secretive Honda Gyro Three Wheeler. The japanese engineers hid it very well and even did not show it on the service manual, BUT I FOUND IT AND FILMED IT FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO SEE!!!!. Honestly , I was convinced there was not a drain for the tranny. The japanese used a camoflouged fake bolt that is all but hidden to the naked eye. Brilliant Honda Engineers, DO IT AGAIN??? What was hidden has been found at LAST. I may be the first to film the elusive hidden secret tranny drain bolt and you can see it here for the first time.

TAKING GYRO REAR WHEEL APART , BRAKE CHECK. (1)

THIS is me using my new camera to step by step take off the rear gyro wheel, which these wheels have never been off the bike since new. I found a lose axle nut that was only hand tight and that is why the tire wore badly. Time for new tires IF i can find any available. All other components look pretty good for this old Gyro little Gem Moped
