I have a wagon I bought from home depot and i want to turn it into and electric drive wagon. I have tried a Razor ( A kids scooter ) motor and battery and it does not work like I want it to . It will baley move it. If there is any one own here that can let me know what motor and battery to use will be greatly appreciated and where to buy them. THANKS .

i call it project tazor, because it is an electric motor on a razor scooter. it is a 200w motor, 12v, 15amp motor. i put it together for fun and i was looking for something simple, so dont comment and tell me to put a motor controller on it. the video is a little crappy because i used my phone so please dont comment and tell me the video is crappy. please rate and comment. thanks for watching.

I found this on craigslist for dollars has 2 new batteries, and is pretty fast little bike

One of my friends just sold me an electric scooter really cheap because he wanted to get rid of it.
it is a razor e100,
right now it goes about 12 mph or so.
He and someone else told me that there is a switch you can flip inside the motor that will make it go in excess of 20mph.
im assuming it is some kind of governor or something along that line.
does anyone know if this is true, and if so where it is located?
if not, does anyone know any ways to make it go faster, because i would like to go to work on it(1mile or so), without taking 10 minutes.
please no: "lose weight" i weigh 115 or go downhill or anything like that, i’m talking legit engine modifications that can be done free/cheap.
