These are some tips how I remolded my damaged parts on my moped to look new again since the parts are no longer available.

The gyro rear wheel assemble is simple yet you have to pay attention to all parts to correctly get it painted and put back together. I will show you how to properly clean, fix the rust , if any and prepare the two piece wheels for a great long lasting paint job.

I converted this old electric scooter to gas powered with a 25cc weedeater engine. It goes about 20 mph. It wasn’t too hard to build also. I didn’t even use a welder and I finished this in like 10 days. The scooter is so much fun to cruise around on. Next video will be me driving it around.

THIS is me using my new camera to step by step take off the rear gyro wheel, which these wheels have never been off the bike since new. I found a lose axle nut that was only hand tight and that is why the tire wore badly. Time for new tires IF i can find any available. All other components look pretty good for this old Gyro little Gem Moped
