These are causing Noise pollution beside the Air Pollution.Scooters, turn off their engines to save wear and fuel at Redlight Sometimes they don’t start right away. The vehicles behind honk, or make whatever noise they are capable of, in ever increasing intensity until the errant vehicle moves forward or is pushed off the road.

well I saw my friend riding one yesterday …
so anyway this one was blue (im sure thats not very useful ) its not like a motorcycle , (you dont ride it on the streets with cars ) it has a seat that looks like a bycycle seat .it doesnt run on gas , it runs on electricity , and he also said somethin about toys r us but i think he changed the subject , can you please help me out ?
